BASE
Marie biscuit - 200g
Butter - 100g(at room temperature)
Grind the biscuits into fine pwd using a grinder.Mix it with butter & spread half of this mixture to a spring form tin.
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Cocoa pwd - 3 tbsp
Vanila - 2 drops
1.Boil all the ingredients together except vanila & make a thick sauce on low fire.
2. When the sauce becomes cool add vanila.Keep 1/4 cup chocolate sauce aside for making web.
3. Pour this over the prepared biscuit layer.Spread the remaining biscuit mixture on top of cocoa sauce.
TOPPING
Whipping cream - 200ml
Beat the cream until soft and creamy. Decorate with grated chocolate and cream.
